1. Warranty Policy

a) Coverage:

  • All refurbished laptops purchased from Saverbro come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.

b) Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, dents, or scratches)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
  • Software issues or user-installed software
  • Battery life or performance unless the battery is found to be defective
  • Normal wear and tear

c) Claims Process: To make a warranty claim:

  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We may request the return of the defective laptop for evaluation.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the laptop at our discretion.

d) Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, liquid spills, or environmental conditions.
  • Software issues, including but not limited to viruses, malware, and operating system errors.

2. Exchange Policy

a) Eligibility:

  • You may exchange your refurbished laptop within 3 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The laptop is in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • The laptop has not been damaged, altered, or used beyond its intended purpose.

  

b) Exchange Options

  • Upon approval, you may choose to exchange the product for another unit of the same model or a different model of equal or greater value.
  • If the chosen model is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the chosen model is of lesser value, no refund for the price difference will be provided.

c) Exchange Process:

  • Contact our customer service at whatsapp (+6011 – 7267 4073) within 3 days of receipt to request an exchange.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
  • We will issue instructions for returning the laptop.
  • The returned laptop must be shipped back to us in the original packaging, and shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the store. 

  

d) Exclusions: The exchange policy does not apply to:

  • Laptops that show signs of misuse or damage

3. Payment and Shipping Terms

a) Payment Methods:

  • Face-to-Face (FTF) Transactions: Available at our store location. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • Online Payments: We accept transfer payment. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No items will be shipped until payment is confirmed.

b) Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. We offer shipping through Box Express and J&T.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
  • COD Shipping: Available for selected areas. The customer will be responsible for the payment at the time of delivery.

4. Liability Limitations

a) Limitations: Saverbro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective laptop as described in the warranty policy.
